We are thrilled to premier an amazing new video, showcasing the life-changing impact digital inclusion has on the lives of so many–through the eyes and voice of a lowly, discarded, almost trashed computer. Introducing “The Little Laptop That Could”.
AFTRR Member Connecting for Good and Executive Director Tom Esselman have created this wonderful video you see above describing the “re-birth” of a laptop computer. The narrator is an eleven year old student of their Saturday Coder Dojo classes held by their partner Kansas City Women In Tech.
Connecting For Good provides digital skills, refurbished computers, affordable internet service, and nonprofit capacity support for low income communities to achieve sustainable improvements in education, employment, economic impact, and the environment.
This awesome video shows what one laptop donation can achieve. Imagine what your collective contributions are achieving.
